Elissa works closely with clients to understand their requirements, coordinate ongoing services and ensure communication remains clear and responsive. She also oversees the operational systems, compliance and business development activities that support Greenspace Commercial’s continued growth.
As a founder, Elissa has played an integral role in shaping the direction of Greenspace Commercial and establishing the professional standards, client-focused approach and operational foundations of the business.
Together with Tom, she is focused on building Greenspace Commercial as a dependable commercial maintenance partner — combining practical field expertise with strong business management and a genuine commitment to client relationships.

Tom is a founder of Greenspace Commercial and leads the company’s field operations.
With more than eight years of hands-on experience in the gardening and grounds maintenance industry, Tom has developed extensive practical experience across residential and commercial properties. His background has given him a strong understanding of the day-to-day requirements involved in maintaining outdoor environments to a consistently high standard.
As Director of Field Operations, Tom oversees site delivery, maintenance standards, equipment and field practices. He remains closely involved with the work carried out by Greenspace Commercial, ensuring that practical site knowledge and attention to detail remain central to the way the business operates.
Tom’s hands-on approach allows Greenspace Commercial to maintain a strong connection between the service promised to clients and the work delivered on site.
